“The Employee Insurance Advisory Committee (EIAC) shall resume activity by meeting on mutually agreed dates. As an advisory committee, the EIAC is intended to focus on potential recommendations for future plan design modifications to control healthcare cost escalation, possible wellness options, minimizing the impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and other federal and state laws, and ways to educate employees about consumerism. The EIAC is a “recommending committee” and has no authority to unilaterally implement changes desired by the committee.”
