  • Each employee’s definition of family is ACI’s definition of family.

  • EAP services are available for family members, regardless of location or relationship.

  • Termed employees up to 90 days after termination.

mental health counseling

  • Up to five face-to-face mental health sessions per event, per person, per rolling 12-months.

  • Scheduled live sessions via chat, phone or secure video.

  • Exchange text messages anytime.

  • Personal Assistance:

    Non-transactional, strictly informational resource, helping with anything on your to-do list. Examples: travel and entertainment planning, household services and errands, food delivery, housing and real estate, cleaning services.

  • medical advocacy

    Appointment prep, advocacy/research, claims, discharge planning.

  • Legal Consultation

    Services include initial assessment, and then an initial 30-minute in-office or phone consultation. If the attorney is retained, the employee or family member will receive a 25% discount on continued services.

    Five telephonic coaching sessions.

critical incident response:

Unlimited telephonic consultation. Onsite @ $350 per hour. Online crisis support center.

Management Referrals:

Five session per referral included at no additional cost. Member can continue care for up to five additional sessions, upon request. Substance Abuse Professional Counseling is subject to a fee of approx. $950.

training:

Live webinar at no cost, unless customized. Onsite training provided by local trainers @ $350 per hour. Onsite training request must be received at least 10 days prior.
