UIP trustee Meeting

Monthly trustee meetings are scheduled on the first Thursday of the month. The meetings will be held virtually if there is time-sensitive business to transact. In September, there will be two meetings scheduled. Trustee meetings will start at 10:00 a.m. and are scheduled to adjourn at 11:30 a.m. Monthly meetings will not be held in the months of February, May, August, and November.

Quarterly trustee meetings are scheduled on the first Thursday in the months of February, May, August, and November; the meeting in August will be a two-day meeting.

The UIP Chair or Vice Chair may cancel or reschedule a regular meeting, or call a special meeting by giving advance notice, in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act.
