Medication delivered to your door

Why go to the pharmacy when you can have prescription drugs delivered to your door?

Save time and money on prescriptions by using the mail-order option through Express Scripts Pharmacy. If you take a long-term medication, you can get prescriptions with up to a 90-day supply at a lower out-of-pocket cost than an equal supply at a retail pharmacy.

shop and compare

You can compare prescription costs at your local pharmacies and mail order. Log into your Premera account and go to Manage Prescriptions and ‘Price a medication’.

Order new prescriptions

Each new prescription must be mailed or faxed by your provider to Express Scripts (fax: 800-837-0959). If you need the medication immediately, ask for two prescriptions: one for 30 days that you can fill at a local in-network pharmacy right away, and one for 90 days to submit to Express Scripts.

You can also mail your prescription request to Express Scripts. Send your prescription(s) and a completed Express Scripts mail-order form to the address specified on the form. If you are taking more than one medication, also complete and send the health, allergy, and medication questionnaire.

Change current prescriptions to mail order

You can request mail delivery by signing in and going to Manage Prescriptions and then to your Express Scripts dashboard. If that’s your first visit to Express Scripts, you will be asked to verify your identity. Before requesting a change to mail-order delivery, make sure that you already have a two-week supply of your prescription available. Express Scripts will request a new, mail-order prescription from your provider.

You also can request a prescription transfer to mail delivery by calling 800-391-9701. Be sure to have your member information available when you call.
